These Terms and Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and 1wan governing your use of the platform, including all sports betting, casino, slot, and live gaming products. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1wan login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. 1wan will never contact you to request your password or OTP code.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any form of match manipulation are strictly prohibited. 1wan employs detection systems and cooperates with law enforcement where illegal activity is identified.
1wan provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session reminders. Players who identify a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools immediately. The 21+ age restriction is enforced at registration and at the withdrawal stage via KYC verification.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 1wan ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the 1wan platform at 1wan.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and gaming products operated thereunder.
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the 1wan platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 1wan.
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of the 1wan platform.
The 1wan platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies uniformly to all players regardless of jurisdiction. 1wan reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including — but not limited to — at the point of first withdrawal.
Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any amounts wagered. 1wan will not pay winnings on bets placed by underage individuals.
Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on the 1wan platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 1wan reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.
When registering a 1wan account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly whenever changes occur.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
1wan operates a KYC verification programme consistent with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 1wan support will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until compliance is achieved.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1wan account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility until you notify 1wan of any suspected unauthorised access.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1wan immediately by contacting our support team. 1wan strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 1wan reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.
All 1wan accounts operate in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Deposits made through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited in PKR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the equivalent PKR value at the time of transaction confirmation is applied to your account balance.
1wan supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast interbank transfers, HBL direct transfer, UBL direct transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. Payment method availability may vary based on your account verification status and transaction history.
Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and withdrawal thresholds are published in the 1wan Payments section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Transaction limits may be adjusted at the account level based on KYC verification status, responsible gaming flags, or risk assessment outcomes.

In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed after gameplay has occurred, 1wan reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and recover the disputed amount from any available balance. Deliberate chargebacks constitute fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 1wan are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each individual promotion page. Sports betting contributions toward wagering requirements may differ from casino game contributions.
The following activities are classified as bonus abuse and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances:
1wan reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to their stated terms and conditions.
All bets placed on the 1wan sportsbook are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to each event and market. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference number has been issued by the 1wan system. Bets placed during system errors, manifest pricing mistakes, or clearly incorrect odds are void and stakes will be returned.
1wan reserves the right to suspend any market at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet without notice, including during live in-play events. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are locked for that wager.
For Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket fixtures, the following rules apply:
Where a dispute arises regarding the settlement of a bet, the Player must contact 1wan support within seven (7) calendar days of the event result being published. 1wan's decision on all betting disputes, following internal review, is final and binding subject to any applicable regulatory appeal process.
All casino games and slot titles available on the 1wan platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are either published within the game interface or available on request from 1wan support.
In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino or slot session, 1wan's system logs constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes. Where a malfunction voids a game round, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. Malfunction voids all pays and all plays.
Live dealer games are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. While 1wan makes all reasonable efforts to ensure service quality, it accepts no liability for interruptions or errors caused by third-party provider infrastructure. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the 1wan platform are indicative and may vary slightly due to network aggregation latency. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. 1wan reserves the right to pay large jackpot wins in instalments where operational liquidity requires it, with the full amount guaranteed.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 1wan platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement:
All content on the 1wan platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, audio files, video content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1wan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1wan platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wan excludes all liability for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 1wan's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 1wan's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 1wan.
1wan is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can be harmful when it ceases to be entertainment and becomes compulsive behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered 1wan players at no charge:
Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 1wan will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across its platforms, but cannot guarantee detection in all circumstances. You may close your 1wan account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any available real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks.
1wan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon account termination for cause, 1wan may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, legitimate real-money balances will be returned. Bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty points are forfeited upon termination for cause without exception.
This Agreement and any disputes arising from your use of the 1wan platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 1wan's international operating licence. The parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's award shall be final and enforceable.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
1wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 1wan will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 1wan platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the effective date.
